As part of our commitment to safety, regulatory compliance, and a secure workplace environment, candidates must meet our pre-employment criteria which includes:

  • Pre‑Employment Medical Assessment, including functional capacity evaluation and drug and alcohol screening in line with WHS, Mining and site‑specific requirements. 
  • National Police Clearance, dated within the past 12 months. 
  • Verification of right to work in Australia and any additional site‑specific compliance requirements.
