Mr Dennis has been actively involved in the mining industry for over 40 years. He has held senior executive roles in a number of Australian resources companies and was previously the Chief Executive Officer and Managing Director of CBH Resources Ltd, the Australian subsidiary of Toho Zinc Co Ltd of Japan.
Mr Dennis is also the Non-Executive Chairman of Marvel Gold Ltd and a Non-Executive Director of Evolution Energy Minerals Limited.

Mr Wilding is an experienced Mining Engineer and Corporate Executive with 20 years’ experience, most recently serving as Chief Operating Officer for Western Australian gold producer Westgold Resources Limited (ASX: WGX), where he was responsible for three operating mining regions.
Mr Wilding has conducted and overseen multiple studies, constructed multiple underground and open pit mines, along with refurbishing and commissioning Westgold’s Tuckabianna mill and Cue mining operations, including the Big Bell and Great Fingall underground mines. Mr Wilding has a track record in building technical and operational teams, along with significant mine project and development experience at corporate and operational levels.

Mr Stoitis is an experienced metallurgist with over 25 years’ experience in plant management, operations and global sales and marketing.
Over the past 14 years, Mr Stoitis has been a Director and Principal Metallurgist for consultancy, Extreme Metallurgy Pty Ltd, where he has worked on a broad variety of mining operations spanning gold, copper, lead and zinc operations in Australia and internationally. More recently Mr Stoitis worked with Bellevue Gold Limited on the testwork, design and commissioning of the Bellevue processing plant. He has also been involved in project design, commissioning and operational support for numerous gold mines, including Ora Banda Mining Limited and Northern Star Resources Limited.

Mr Boyd is a highly experienced geologist with more than 25 years’ experience in the mining industry. He has worked in senior exploration roles with major gold-mining houses including RGC/Goldfields Limited, Placer Dome Asia Pacific, and Barrick Gold Corporation. Over this time, he was involved in a number of gold discoveries, including the Raleigh and Homestead Underground gold mines in the Eastern Goldfields of WA. Mr Boyd is currently the Managing Director of Carawine Resources Limited (ASX: CWX), a position he has held since October 2017.

Mr Rule brings more than 30 years of senior financial and executive experience within ASX listed mining companies, including operations and projects across Australia, Africa, and North and South America, and spanning multiple commodities. He has served as a Non-Executive Director of listed companies since 2016.
He currently sits on the boards of Ora Banda Mining Ltd, and Yellow Cake plc (AIM-listed).
Throughout his career, Mr Rule has developed extensive expertise in international debt and equity financing for mining projects, the implementation of accounting systems and controls, risk management, corporate governance, and regulatory compliance. He also has significant experience in mergers and acquisitions within the global mining sector.
From 2017 to 2021, Mr Rule was Chief Financial Officer of Galaxy Resources Limited until its acquisition. His previous CFO roles include Sundance Resources Limited, Paladin Energy Limited, Mount Gibson Limited, and St Barbara Mines Limited.
Mr Rule is a Fellow of Chartered Accountants ANZ and holds Bachelor of Commerce and Bachelor of Accounting degrees.

Mr Hoskins is a Chartered Accountant with more than 25 years’ corporate experience across a range of sectors. This includes more than 13 years’ experience in the mining industry operating both in Australia and overseas. Mr Hoskins was most recently the CFO of ASX-listed OreCorp Limited, which was progressing development of the Nyanzaga Gold Project in Tanzania, prior to its acquisition by Perseus Mining Limited. Mr Hoskins was heavily involved in the project financing process and a key part of the Executive team that negotiated the transaction. Prior to this Mr Hoskins spent more than 10 years in Base Resources Limited, a dual listed (ASX and AIM) resources company, which developed the Kwale Mineral Sands operation in Kenya and progressed the Toliara Mineral Sands Project in Madagascar.

General Manager – Operations

Mr Keene is a Mining Engineer with a Masters Degree from Camborne School of Mines with over 19 years’ experience in the resources sector, having held senior leadership and technical roles at various large and small cap mining companies. Mr Keene has managed various mine startups in his career with recent examples Great Fingall and Fender operations for Westgold Resources, King of The Hills for Red 5 and Andy Well for Doray Minerals. Mr Keene has a proven record of building and maintaining operational and technical teams along with the systems to support successful mining operations.

GENERAL MANAGER – STUDIES

Dan completed post graduate study in mining engineering at the University of Ballarat and has +20 years’ experience in the mining industry and is a member of the AusIMM. He has strong experience in operational, technical and consulting roles. In this time, he has gained valuable experience in a variety of aspects of underground mining in base metal and gold mines, from narrow vein to large scale bulk mining methods.
During his time in consulting, Dan has been closely involved in developing mining projects from scoping through to feasibility studies and execution.

General Manager – Geology

Jonathan is a geologist with Master’s and Honours qualifications and a career that bridges oil & gas, exploration and mine operations. He has held senior roles across open pit and underground production, exploration and resource definition, culminating in his recent position as Alternate General Manager for Barto Gold’s Southern Cross operations, alongside leading their Mine Geology and Exploration & Resource Definition portfolios. Jonathan brings deep technical capability and proven operational leadership to Rox Resources.

Mr Shaw-Stuart is a Geologist with a Masters and First Class Honours with over 20 years’ experience at various exploration and mining companies including Western Areas, Millenium Minerals and Panoramic Resources. Throughout his career Mr Shaw-Stuart has been involved in various commodities including gold, lithium and nickel. At Panoramic Resources Mr Shaw-Stuart worked in both exploration and mining roles at Panoramic’s nickel projects in the Kimberley and Kambalda as well as working across their gold projects in the goldfields such as Gidgee Gum Creek near Sandstone. Mr Shaw-Stuart’s most recent role was as General Manager Geology for Panoramic Resources.

Mr Matt Hogan was a former Executive Director and Chief Executive Officer of United Minerals Corporation NL (UMC) which successfully discovered the Railway Iron Ore DSO deposit in the Central Pilbara. In February 2010, UMC was acquired by BHP Billiton for A$204 million.
Mr Hogan was instrumental in the ASX listing of Iron Ore Holdings Limited (IOH). IOH achieved a market capitalisation of over A$200 million, and that company was ultimately acquired by BC Iron Limited for A$250 million. Mr Hogan was employed by IOH and assisted the Board and management in that particular role.
He also has over 25 years of experience in the stock broking industry and was closely involved in bringing a number of company listings to the ASX, the underwriting of shareholder entitlement issues and corporate placements.
Mr Hogan is currently the Managing Director of Venus Metals Corporation Limited (ASX: VMC)

Mr Craig is an experienced Exploration Manager, Resource Manager and Chief Geologist with over 25 years technical and senior management experience in Australia, Indonesia, PNG, Africa and the Middle East for gold and base metal projects.

Mr Bennett is an experienced geologist with over 10 years of experience in Archaean gold and nickel exploration. He has extensive experience in roles spanning all aspects of resource projects including exploration and targeting, discovery and resource development. Mr Bennett joined the Rox exploration team in 2013 and is now responsible for all exploration activities.
He holds a Bachelor of Science in Geophysics and Geology and is a Member of the Australian Institute of Geoscientists.

CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER

Mr Hunt is an experienced finance executive with over 25 years’ experience predominately in the resources and construction industries. He has held senior finance roles for close to 15 years and has strong experience in feasibility studies, corporate financing, and mining operations. Mr Hunt’s most recent resources experiences were as the Chief Financial Officer for BC Iron Limited, Crossland Resources Limited, FerrAus Limited and Cliffs Natural Resources.
He holds a Bachelor of Business, is a Fellow CPA, a graduate from the Australian Institute of Company Directors and has completed a Graduate Diploma of Applied Finance from the Securities Institute of Australia.

Dr Mair is an economic geologist with extensive international experience across technical, managerial and corporate fields. He holds a PhD in Economic Geology (UWA) and held the position of post-doctoral research fellow at the Mineral Deposit Research Unit, UBC, Canada. He was worked in the minerals sector in WA, NSW, British Columbia, Yukon, Alaska, Mexico and China.
Dr Mair brings a deep understanding of a range of gold deposits types, and a working knowledge of other mineral systems. He has authored numerous papers in leading scientific journals on the geology of gold and other mineral deposit types.
Dr Mair was the Managing Director of Greenland Minerals Ltd from 2014 to late 2021. He was integral in the technical development of Kvanefjeld (the world’s largest code-compliant rare earth resource), the corporate evolution of Greenland Minerals Ltd, and the commercial and strategic alignment with international rare earths group Shenghe Resources Holding Co Ltd. Dr Mair has worked closely with governments on matters pertaining to regulation and strategic metal supply. He has significant experience and connections in global capital markets.
